At Monticello Shop, we take pride in the quality of our home collections and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit for your home, you may return or exchange most items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
